Heya Folks, so I've recently gotten back into the game and sold my old main character. With some of the money I've made, and some Indecisiveness on where to head next in EVE, I've decided to create a Catchall thread for my new-to-be character. I'm completely fine with heading into the industrial sector, as well as the wormhole or pvp areas of EVE. Thus, I'm looking for the MOST bang for my buck.

SO!

Any character, as long as it's well supported for what it's ment to do. I care about quality over the number of skills trained to levels 1-3.

Good names and short histories are a plus. I like things to look nice, and work efficiently. So post away!

I've got a 9.5B Isk limit, a tad constraining perhaps, But I'd like to see some well-packed characters for the coin.

My search ends Tomorrow at the same time this post goes up.

Can fly a great Tengu. Has access to level 5 missions with Caldari Navy for mission running for isk, or alternatively will fit right into a WH once you training up the scanning skills, which isn't long.

Gallente/amarr with good gunnery and drone skills. Can drive HACs and AFs and BCs etc, very flexible in most subcap ships.
Looking for about 8b, quick deal can wedge a little off the price.
