Hardly a nerf (merely a fix), but still it is greatly needed.

That's actually my view of the whole issue, its about balancing not nerfing. SC's are too versraile, Titans can instagib practically anything meanwhile dreads are so vulnerable on the field that their numbers have been in decline for a long time while supers become common place.

Make supercapitals permanent in-game. You want your alliance to have 500 super carriers? You need 200 poses to anchor them on.

Simple as that. Nerf nothing else.

What this does is prevent titans from insta killing hictors which means.... moar tackle!

Also please support graphical immersion, bring back the art that brought people to EvE online originaly.

Seriously though, if this IS true, then it's gonna be awesome for me and my bro's, more titans needed to take out all other hostile caps on the field easily.

Oh no of course not, their unblemished record of successful subcap fights without the support of multiple titans and a dozen or two supercarriers stands testament to the fact that they have nothing to fear.

Test server is up, the current client UI has bugs such as showing 0 players on sisi but you can still connect and play.

The change being on Sisi has been confirmed numerous times - here as well as on kugu. The question if it makes it to TQ and when that will be is a different issue.

Given it's a rather sensible thing to do (a bit *meh*, but still), I guess it will hit TQ sooner or later. I was rather hoping for a nerf to jumpbridges though...

Jump portals are a separate issue which is to be fixed, too, at some point. I guess they'll do it in conjunction with cyno overhaul.
