So I got my stupid but stuck in W-Space, ran in with my badger to pick up some ore, but forgot to throw a scanner on...then I go and delete the return wormhole bookmark by mistake.

So I can still SEE the wormhole on the System Map, but I just can not get at it (clicking on it does nothing). Is there anyway for me to get out before it collapses? besides having someone warp in and me warp to them?

Now you have used up all your luck for the rest of the year on a badger.

Always nice when a badger undertakes an adventure and comes out on top at the end.

Couldnt someone in your corp just recopy the BM into corp BMs? that way you would get it back.

Trust me, I almost know what I'm doing.

…reminds me of the first month after the Apochrypha release. A corp mate got stuck in w-space and was wringing his hand in corp chat. Fifteen minutes later, I reported “it's ok, I found you — fleet up and warp to me”. Everyone was suitably impressed (and the fact that I already knew his entry system and that the wormhole hadn't had nearly enough time to collapse is just a minor detail… P).

Heh, reminds me of the time when we ganged up on a proteus and a noctis doing sites in a c2/c1.
As we eagerly were awaiting for everyone to get in position and that time finally came we jumped into the wormhole from highsec and noticed that the wormhole was going critical so I reminded everyone to make sure we had a prober, etc. with us. All fine.

We proceed into the wormhole land on grid with the hostiles and kill them both. They unfortunately decline our ransoms on their pods so we blow those up as well and while in a good mood we set course back to the highsec wormhole and jump once everyone is there.

Suddenly we hear the very well known sound of a wormhole dying. Oh ****, we forgot that it had gone crit. Was everyone out? Uncloak, uncloak on the wh!

Turns out one of our guys got stuck in there and he didn't have probes, ****, ****, ****. Well not to worry about we had a backup plan in time of such ermegencies. He was thankfully in a cloaky proteus so we sent him off to the hostile POS to lurk on them and see if they would open up their static highsec at any point and sure enough after an hour or so we saw more activity around the POS and one guy throwing probes out, outside the pos. Brilliant, in the mean time a couple of people in the fleet had resumed scanning for wormholes and some ready with locater agents.
After some time the hostile warped off in an unknown direction and we told the proteus pilot to keep d-scanning until the ship was off scan meaning he had jumped out of the wh (small wh, non cloaky frigate). He disappeared! Locater agent initiated!

Brilliant, just 10 seconds later the hostile had jumped back, but that was more than enough time to locate the system, burn for it, scan out the wormhole and rescue our lost mate.

Just use your wit sometime and you can get out of impossible situations :)

It's nice to read, that there are still good guys/girls among the EVE characters.

Usually "EVE is mercyless".
