I've recently bought 2 new Android devices.
Android 3.2
Galaxy Tab 10.1

Android 4.0.3
HTC One X

Just wondering what applications are out there for Android that others have used that are good.
From PC I mostly use EveMon, EFT and Occasionally EveHQ, so probably looking for similar functionality to these.

I use Aura as well on the phone. I wish you could import/export skill plans to a PC though as the interface is a bit clunky once you start building longer skill plans.

There use to be an app called the "Capsuleer" but that was discontinued for some reason. Aura and Evanova are current apps for the Android. I use Aura mainly as I find it to be more functional.

another +1 for Aura. Very useful app

Evanova is decent, Aura is better, neither are perfect. There's also an Industry Calculator that is handy.

HTC? You have my sympathy :)

Have HTC fixed the bluetooth stack stalling/dying issues on pairing and socket connections yet? It a nice phone but, useless when it comes to developing real sensor/data acquisition apps on it so that rules out real development on HTC and its pretty quickly cut from our supported devices list :)

I use aura daily, I also use an EVE industry calculator by Exter software which makes my meagre industry offerings very, very simple. Unconnected to EVE technically but I use for EVE is teamspeak 3 on android and steam on android. All 4 work perfectly on my Galaxy note.

How about telling us what kind of apps you WANT to see on android?

Last thing we need is 100 versions of character viewers etc, how about something unique?

They will be moving to OAuth2 multi legged authentication in CREST.

You can also time limit your keys and constrain their scope.

Spies write apps on Droid? Oh wait, yes I do :)

Sorry I don't use Bluetooth for Anything anymore, it's normally turned off, I use either WiFi or a USB Cable, So can't really comment on the Bluetooth stack.

I've installed Aura, and Eve Industry Calculator on the Galaxy Tab, nothing on the phone yet, I suspect that I'll play with a few apps on the Tab for a while and then decide which to put on the phone.

I just listen to music on my HTC. No software needed. And since I don't use blu-tooth for anything, I don't have any issues whatsoever. My wife still gets mad at me because I got HTC instead of an iPhone like she did. She loves my phone way more.

Oh, and I use Aura as well. Must have app for me.

News flash, music players are software. You should install OS Monitor on your droid and see all those juicy apps started hot in the background :)

Unfortunately for you the Eve app I am developing atm WILL be using Bluetooth :P IT will be an interesting app, not just your bog standard char viewer :P If HTC won't play ball with the bluetooth stack, it won't be supported because HTC BT just doesn't usually work, and hasnt since day 1. Maybe they fixed it, I dono, I dont buy HTC no more because of it.

I'd go straight with WIFI if it allows for it. Havnt touched BlueTooth in years myself; and havn't run into anyone else lately that still uses it. And its not just the HTC BT stack that's rubbish.
