Looking to purchase a PVP focused Minmatar starter character for 1.5 to 2.5 billion isk. Looking for low skill points, but purely focused in PVP and Minmatar. Please do not post if you have wasted SP in industry or science or have cross trained into other races besides Minmatar. Thanks!

* Not claiming to be a Fleet booster...TRAINING as a booster! He has the basics down already but by no means a level V Booster just yet

Thanks Cellan, that's close to what I am looking for. Even though I'm not looking for a booster there isn't a lot of SP invested. I will contact you in a couple days if nothing else pops up.
