You have to wonder how many IP addresses they had/have available to them.

I know multiple accounts are normal in Eve but there must come a point when CCP gets just a tiny bit suspicious?


The other accounts on the same computer may be going though redirecting IP servers.

Someday I will have the time to play. For now it is mining afk in High sec. In Cheap ships

first off, i hate RMT and i think its bad for the game (before PLEX, because then at least $ is going into DEV time making EVE better).

But the situation before PLEX was there was a demand for RMTted isk, and as it was quite lucrative (especially for eastern european / russians) it's not a big surprise that it has gotten out of control as it did. Simply because CCP refused to deal with the bot situation on a structural level until not long ago (screegs started a year ago, but only recently we are seeing the results).

So. on the one hand i'm glad botters are burning in banned hell. On the other i'm still a bit pissed of at CCP that it took forever for them to really take it serious.
