Can fly and mine in a Retriever using tech 1 stip miners and tech 1 mining upgrades.

Has PI skils, can upgrade command centers to 4 and can have 5 colonies.

Wallet is postive (about 1K iskies), no kill rights and non-negative security standings.

2 Remaps available.


Opening bid is 500 M isk, 100M increments. BO and reserve are hidden, but will be announced when reached.

Auction will end 0:00 Saturday October 8th.

You need to evemail me the username of the account you want to accept the character transfer, not the name of a character on the account.
