Go fck yourself, i dont want to open a third party account to buy some bullsh*t internet dollars and give them to ccp. Did ccp stop accepting real money? Am i doing it wrong? Poop.

I was told that one of the reasons this happens is if your account was compromised and someone logged in from Asia -- the billing system flags you as being asian from there on out and thus requires Nexon points.
