Outlaw, no .. or rather define "outlaw". One can remain a loyalist, adopt the blocs KOS list and never run out of stuff to shoot courtesy of people Trololol'ing through Providence and Amarr low-sec.

Hell, I could probably go full on RSI (Red, Shoot It) now and have more than my hands full without ever jumping more than 3-4 gates .. hahahahahaha.

I spent weeks begging for help, when we still had a chance in Devoid. We made systems vulnerable with 10- people. While 20+ sitting in Kamela, of course. "Where is sosan? I honest to god have no idea." - saw her 2 times there.
