Chapter 1 - Bond Terms and Conditions

This is a 15 Billion ISK bond with 10% interest for one month, paid out at 2.5% weekly. 60 bonds at 250 million each.

Chapter 2 - Purpose of the Rykker Bond #7

The goal of this bond will be to raise funds for the redevelopment of station trading. Alongside the public funds, ~5 billion of personal funds will be included at the start of the bond with the expectation that this amount will increase or decrease as the bond progresses. All public funds from this bond will remain in station.


Chapter 3 - Background

My main enjoyment in the game is in the market arena and as such I primarily stay in or near Jita. I focus on a two part strategy with multiple characters, the first being station trading and all it encompasses: buying low and selling high, leading the prices in market manipulations, speculation and forced crashes. The second being manufacturing. A quick recap of my career in Eve since 2009:

• Handling of large sums of ISK for use in station trading at 50+ billion
• Sat on the board of directors for Hydra Investment Fund (founded by Cista2)
• Donated 40 billion to VAERT Vahrokh’s Emergencies Relief Trust
• Achieved sustained personal profits of 1.1 billion per day
• Numerous audits for public transparency
• Created and managed a 100+ billion manufacturing infrastructure with two well known players generating roughly 3.5 billion in profits per day

All of this is searchable through eve search of previous Rykker posts and audits with specific and detailed information in the performance audit by Vaerah Vahrokha (bottom of the page, starts at post #57) which was truly an epic feat of information processing by VV taking over 100+ hours of work.

The manufacturing triumvirates story is not public knowledge but may come out in the next few weeks depending on communication between myself and my other partners as they are quite busy at the moment and are taking a temporary hiatus. Both are well known individuals in the MD community. Verification of the above statements may be obtainable by a previous auditor if necessary.


Chapter 4 - Business Plan

Like most my bonds, it will revolve around station trading. Public funds will be used in buy low/sell high strategy with fast turnaround along with market manipulations, short term to medium term speculation and other strategies. The funds for this venture will be two part with 15 billion in public funds and an initial ~5 billion in personal funds for a total of 20 billion. All public funds will remain in station and be used solely in station trading strategies.


Chapter 5 - Risks

Scam. Always a risk in eve and as such needs to be addressed. I will say that I find scamming in poor taste and have no intention of doing so, neither now nor in the future.
Ganking, wardec. N/A - Rykker Bow will not be flying with any items connected with public funds. In case of wardec, Rykker Bow will not leave station until its end.


Chapter 6 - Exit Strategy

If trading does not go as expected or sudden circumstances prohibit me from further trading then current buy orders will be slowed or stopped and all interest will be paid as if the bond had reached its completion and all principal returned to investors.
