So i just found out that the Yulai Federation is a NRDS Alliance. And if u wanna shoot back at a neut pirate u have to fill out a form ..Lol PLZ, someone help me understand!!!!!! oh the paper work...
Well i know were i'll be taking my pirate fleet next time. And i sendout a call to all real pirates that still believe that re.tard.edness can be made to emoragequit eve. plz help us in this crusade to win hearts and minds....and tears Blink
Now.....where do i find that form.....

If you go shoot at someone in Providence they will shoot back, the KOS form that needs to be made is so that youl be set KOS on CVAs website, basically so everyone can see that you are an enemy. Its basically like setting you red.
