Create a "Medium" Setting for Interior Shader Quality
This isn't a real issue, but have midway between "Low" and "High" Interior Shader Quality, that is less flashy than High but not as ugly as low. The difference between Low and High is great enough I feel there should be a Medium setting.

Dual 1000mm Railgun model needs adjusting
The capital railgun doesn't seem right. Why? The tip of the barrel is most likely the lowest resolution part of it, and it would still look bad if it was higher res. Separate the dual barrels or have the connection joined at the middle of the barrels, not the bottom.

Add the ability to customize your CQ screens
Right now there are three screens, one is just an advertisement screen, the other two are static links to Science and Industry (specifically Planetary Interaction) and Corporation. It should be possible to program the screens to show fluid data charts, ship fittings, corporation hangar logs, current contracts, market orders, research and manufacturing jobs, etc. I think this would greatly improve the CQ environment.

Let CEOs lock any BPO they want at any time without a vote
BPO locking is an annoying and time-consuming process. CEOs should be able to insta-lock any BPO without a vote. Why? Because it's needed. Badly. I don't mind if unlocking requires a vote, but CEOs don't need to go through the awful locking system.

Oh, and might as well fix the locking system, too. It's literally broken.

Give CEOs the ability to customize roles
Add the ability to create custom roles with subroles, which would be more specific and less significant than current roles (along with being more expansive. Want people to use a starbase for research without letting them cancel jobs? Make a starbase manufacturer role. Want them to be able to cancel jobs? Make a factory manager role), then roll it all up and name your role what you want. Of course, corporations will start with pre-created roles that can be modified and renamed what you want.

The Caldari put business before pleasure. The Gallente put business in pleasure.

CEO roles would fall under Corporations, which I agree they need a MASSIVE overhaul.
Right now the little changes will simply put off the fact that Corporations as a whole are a clunky over-complicated aspect of the game, which have been iterated on so much that they are just a complete mess of good intentions.

Been working on a very comprehensive proposal about how to unify, change and unify the functionality between Groups, Corporations, Alliances and Factions that could be used for both Players and NPC Corporations. Honestly part of the biggest issues with EVE stem from the fact that Players and NPCs are effectively entirely different systems, with CCP using NPCs as little more than ISK Sinks; when really they should be just as valid entities as ourselves all adhering to a Nation.

To me simply having to be in an NPC Corporation is an archaic mechanic that needs to disappear, with NPC Corporations being a choice for players to follow rather than a means to avoid War Decs.

What's that about stop hulkageddon? You make no mention of why they should, not that they should.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...

lol, I have to agree.. I was expecting some kind of hulkageddon suggestion.. maybe he just wanted to get peoples attention.

I would be curious to know how ccp could stop hulkageddon with out trampling on the sandbox concept.

The first of the quoted suggestions would do nothing but vastly improve the usefullness of CQ. Therefore, I support it as I wouldn't mind seeing it developed into something half-way useful, instead of the half-finished product it is right now.

As for letting CEO lock down BPOs, that would increase corp-security a lot, when the CEO has a feeling there might be a corp-thief, who has access to his BPOs, but has no clue who it might be. Then he probably doesn't want to bother with a vote to lock down every single BPO. So supported too.
