Lots of locked threads

I have noticed that threads get locked for lots of reasons. Could it be possible to create forums for one of EVEs fansites to discuss things that are not allowed to be discussed here in official EVE forums.

There could be fansite forum areas for:

1. EVE online forum moderation
2. No content / smalltalk / bullshit / spam / not constructive
3. Trolling / Hate threads

Its possible that there is already fansite forum areas for these but I was unable to find them in Google.

Also if you have idea for fansite forum area for forbidden discussion feel free tell it here.

You should go to the very last page of the forums. lots of locked threads back there.

Just take a couple more shots with Google and you are bound to find it. It's becoming a pretty popular place. I realized that I hardly come to EVE-O anymore. Hmm - wonder if the patina on the monument needs to be touched up again...

I think above is needed because lets think what wars are all about? Could they have something to do with hating and trolling? Could they have something to do with people disliking each other? I think war is all about hate. It would then be logical to create fansite forum area for hate. People can make verbal vomit for their enemies.
