NPC TD´s Don´t Work On Projectiles

They 'don't work on Autcannons because NPC TD doesn't effect falloff. Artillery would have abit of trouble as it has still a decent amount of range in optimal. It completely ruins Pulse + Scorch though, Tachs for the win :D

I dunno. Dude said projectiles and I think he meant all Minmatar. This clearly deserves testing. To the Scorch Rupture!
