Best dreadnought for POS destroying?

Hi there,

Simple question:

What is the best dreadnought for POS destroying and why?

Any advice will be much appreciated!

Revelation.

Because it has the most armor and cap along with 8 awesome low slots for more dps and/or tank.

The best part, no reloading required(unless you use faction crystals that last 4000 shots each - even then lasts a long time and is still cheaper to use than using t1 ammo on other dreads).

With other dreads you will eventually run out of ammo .

You can go afk shooting pos with the rev(not recommend you go afk, but you can if you want)

Moros: top DPS
Revelation: No reloading

Either one is a valid choice.

If you can fly the rev, you're not too far from an Archon.

An Archon is much better than a Thanatos as a logistics ship. The Thanatos fighter bonus is useless for triage and it doesn't apply when delegating fighters.

So far, the Revelation has 4 votes vs 2 for the Moros.

Phoenix and Naglfar aren't good enough?

Have you ever repped a pos with an Archon? No? Because pos-repping is always shield repping and an Archon can't do that. I agree that an archon is the best battle-carrier but Ive gotten more utility out of my thanatos. If you can, fly both and get gallente carrier to IV and Amarr Carrier to V.

The Moros is the right answer. Does more DPS at 4/4/4 than Rev does at 5/5/5

Naglfar.

It's vertical, it has 2 weapons systems.

DPS does help doing a job in 20 minutes instead of 30.

Nobody wants to rep a pos because it's dull and boring. However those posses make us such an insane amount of isk that we want to keep them. Once we scared of the attackers we need to at least put some strontium clathrates in them and to be able to do that, it needs to be at at least 50% shield. Now it is possible to do that with scimitars or just let it regenerate but why waste everyones time and just drop a few carriers on it so we can all go do more fun stuff once it's done fast.

Naglfar of course.

When attacking a POS, enemies may warp in and confuse it with the POS because it is vertical.
