On both of my accounts (I had new custom API keys on both) I can no longer see the existing new API keys (they still work) and only see the create new option. Even the access log is showing blank.

I had 2-3 custom API keys with no expiration date on each account.

What browser are you using? Also, if there are any plugins active, check if disabling eventually helps, as we've been getting reports of some firefox plugins potentially causing this (sadly not which one exactly so far).

On small resolutions, it can also happen that the center bit of the page can moves below everything else, so scrolling down all the way may help, too.

Well this is odd. I went to test in various browsers and start the process of disabling my plugins one by one... only to find I can now see them again. (It wasn't resolution as I am running maximized at 1600x1200).

Either way, looks good now.

May I ask what browser you have tried it with before?

My login credentials do not work at the api page.
https://support.eveonline.com/Pages/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fapi
The page constantly reloads upon submiting the data.

My api info is good for evemon, but I want to dig into the custom api key.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I've tested using the latest version of chrome as well as the In Game Browser. Submitting my login information just sends me right back to the login page....

sql server not found time out issue,

Thats why you cannot login to the api key gen tool.

Server Error in '/' Application.
A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.)

The specific issue of returning to the log in page after submitting the log in details is mostly is caused by proxy settings on your computer, or by a transparent proxy your ISP has in place. If you have a proxy setup in your internet settings under the control panel, try and remove the proxy and see if that works. If you don't have a proxy setup try and add proxy settings provided by your ISP.

To access the Proxy settings go to Control Panel -> Internet Options (or Internet Settings) -> Connections tab -> LAN Settings.
Also you can try and disable 'Automatically detects settings', or enable it if it's disabled.

When doing the changes in the LAN settings, only test with IE or Chrome, Firefox and Opera will their own settings in this regard.

No Proxy enabled, also tried unsetting the "automatically detects settings" but that failed to work. I believe it's server side as I noticed that before logging in I show no "Log out " on the left column, but after logging in I show the "log out". I have the ability to create new petitions but the petitions tab and api keys still asks me to login. Perhaps time to break out the the magnifying glass and look through your code?

Edit: Seems to have worked on a fresh install of Firefox, but still fails in ingame browser and Chrome

I have an issue of getting the key to work. EVEMON keeps saying that they key has expired...even though I made a new one a day ago...same deal with Full/Limited API keys.

I attempt to create a API key using the new site, and whenever I do, it will forward me to a page just saying "Customizable API keys" yet give me no details on how to use the Key (User ID, etc from previous API Page), it's just blank. I've tried this in Firefox and in Internet Explorer with the exact same results.

There's no "User ID" involved anymore.

All you need is the API Key's "ID" and its "Verification Code". Both work similar to classic keys, however they're not interchangeable (i.e. you'll need a program, app or web page supporting the new keys to actually use them). Also there aren't access levels anymore, the access granted is based on your selection during the creation of the key.

Once you've create a new key, your "Customizable API keys" page should look like this.

I have this exact same issue. After updating to the latest version of EVEmon (auto patch), it doesn't recognize any API keys anymore. Keeps saying they are expired (even after making a new one and waiting over 24 hours for it to settle).

I've created two, but my Customizable API Key's page is blank with no information on it.

Did you scroll all the way down? The actual page content might be pushed down to the bottom if there's not enough space to display it.

I'm still unable to access my API page, reloads upon entering my credentials.

I have no proxy setting whatsoever.
