You're looking at around 70m SP of really well allocated skill points for those must haves if they have proper supports. If your budget can be upped to reflect that then I can part with guys such as http://eveboard.com/pilot/master_hyde

I'll keep that in mind, but it has 7m in leadership skills I don't need that's what booster alts are for. It also doesn't have gallente or caldari battleship V. And it's missing heavy drone operation V.

That's better but it's missing Minmatar Cruiser and Frigate V. Large Projectile and Energy Turrets V. So I'm going to have to pass.

I've decided that I need to purchase another pilot first, so I'm putting this WTB on the back burner.

I bought a char like that for 31 bn, there is no way you are getting all that with core skills for less than 25 bn.

No way that's what the OP is looking for. Look at all those wasted skills in social, industry, science, and PI. Oh, and confirming that the OP is lazy and impatient, and if he wants a perfect character, he should train it up himself.
