this is compounded by faceless forum alts.

PS: I'm not one of those. IMO if you are too afraid of ingame backlash from something you say, then dont say it.

Yeah, without anonymity we all would be much more deceitful and dishonest.

Dishonest politeness is a greater insult than impolite honesty.

Besides, I dislike being forced to expose myself to the whole world.

Stop derailiing the subject - many people on this forum (female dog) like there is no tomorrow, lots of them have a cause. Some post just to take the ****.

My point would be that the community has lost it's focus BECAUSE CCP has changed tack - people are not sure what they are fighting for - spinning/sov/pos/FW/hybrids.......

If the community puts it's heart into something CCP listens - otherwise...........

I love EVE and I love the EVE community, they are one and the same.

I read and enjoy the forums every day, sometimes in agreement sometimes not, guess that's the nature of a caring verbal community.

Also, I am on the Incarna team, so there you have it, I love you... Hope I never did anything to convince you otherwise Blink

man, if I were a dev I'd have to take a self-imposed forum ban. the inclination to snap at the jerks whose strength of feeling far outstrips the depth of their understanding is overwhelming anyway. I'd be a walking PR disaster.

Props to those devs who can actually come on here and stay civil and upbeat.

Sorry I am so hard on you guys, but it wasn't your decision to create it I am sure. It is a job, and you do what the boss tells you to do. Shame you are not working on something that matters, and would be a more worthwhile investment of your time and efforts.

All automated intel should be removed from the game including Instant local/jumps/kills/cynos for all systems/regions.Eve should report nothing like this to the client/3rd party software.Intel should not be force fed to players. Player skill and iniative should be the sources of intel.
