When do we get 1000MN AB and MWD?

I want to have nano carriers.

Let's not forget we could put the 1000MN AB on a Rattlesnake and go 2km/s with it,

2km/s? Get a stabber fleet issue and stick a 100mn on it, you can bump hulks 100km out of belts :)

I'd settle for a 1000MN MWD.

And I remember MWD's in general turned into size classed MWD's (AB's too) my battleship ended up with a 1MN MWD.

CCP has already confirmed that 1000mn ABs/MWDs will be released with inferno and that the tengu will be able to fit both.
