Would like to suggest testers and bughunters go take a look at google plus.

The features with google hangouts and now hangouts on air would empower the bughunting and feature discussions extremely..

The screen sharing feature in G+ makes it possible to share a full running client in the screen. With the host having the option to record the visuals and the discussion could be directly recorded.

Then it would merely be a question of tagging and writing the "abstract" of what the bug report contain and pertain to..

There seem to be a whole range of new opportunities arising with a creative usage of google hangouts tools..

Can you go into more detail about what this would accomplish? Just an FYI, if it would turn developers and bughunters into live support, that's not something I'm interested in.

My suggestion would be to semi delegate some areas. Which would be categorized, and bughunt "events" would be arranged. A bit like the mass tests, but just small sessions. So say using a day scheme mondays would be market and market feature day, tuesday might be small gang fleets or something like that..

The teams would join the hosted hangouts and a small agenda would be open as a google document.

The session host would then control the chat/talks and members would initiate activities, the planned tests.
Going through the agenda and commenting on relevant topics and issues.

Last in sessions would be open for suggestions or similar comments.

I am thinking a mini combo of bughunting and micro csm.

The resulting video would be available in raw format, and edited highlights would either be cut out or time code links could be put in the minutes notes of the google document.

When arranged and hosted by a ccp dev the default would be inveted members would be voiced, the rest could be muted until they asked for the floor using old IRC "!" exclamation or "?" method... There are plenty of useful features for these things in G+ ..

I see a few benefits to a format liek this.. first off visual aid by showing what people mean, instead of writing walls of text and making screenshots. Also the ability to speak and elaborate live if something is not clear initially.. or in the wording.

The best way to see why this is such a huge step would be to just try it..

I can be reached here Caleb Ayrania Feel free to invite to a hangout if you want.

Sadly I cant demo the concept myself, since denmark is not eligable for hangouts on air yet, but hopefully we will be soon.

Important to point out that these hangouts can be invite only, the circles feature sorts access allowed really well..

So here is the first test of hangout on air with EVE online..

EVE Hangout on air solo test.

Would have been nice to demo the usage with multiple people.

I hope you see what I mean, and how this will greatly change the social aspects of EVE.
