Control towers not shooting back?

mmm just setup a tower in a 0.3.

Put all setting to agro if under 10 and all the usual stuff. And the damm thing won't shot me back when I shot it..

Somthing iv missed in patch notes or are they just broken on sisi just now?

Did you leave and re-enter the grid? Also do you have -10 standing with your own corp and alliance?

POS's don't shoot the guy who set it up, until another person non-corp(not sure if it works with people that are in corp) comes in and shoots it aswell, sometimes it will then aggro you as well, and keep aggroing you for some time(probaly 15 minutes)

It was changed so that POS will NEVER shoot the owner no matter what you do ? That's a bit silly if true...

Iv tried many settings now, putting myself to -10 to corp, nothing will work. Sad face :(

Any ideas of what iv done wrong if its my fault?

Iv setup hundreds of POS fine before...

Iv also seen NPC corp neutrals able to remote rep attacking forces shooting an empire POS and not become flagged.
The GM i reported it to couldn't care less.
