Client freezes when warping to or from gates with bubbles nearby

When warping to, or from a gate which has deployed bubbles on grid (anchored or HIC bubbles) the game now displays a graphical error and fps is lowered drastically, to the point that the game is actually frozen.
This problem is inconsistent and I am unsure how to repeat it, however it is definitely a recurring issue.
This problem seems to have come with the latest patch.

Currently this is making travelling through 0.0 space incredibly hazardous, and is disrupting gameplay! Please fix!

Same. The experience is almost as enjoyable as being stabbed in the eyes with shattered window shards.

Is this the same problem as some of us are having in this thread or is it just the freezing on bubbles and gates that are being investigated?

Lost a tengu last night to this problem went through gate with hics and bubbles and warped to plex cloaked. Uncloaked and activated hardeners but shield booster would not activate and watched in disbelief as My tengu got popped.
Wow this thread has made me realise it was not my net connection but a in game bug. How the hell can you lose a 5 bill tengu to 10 bs? if you cant even activate your shield booster and your client is frozen.
