Stick with it bro. Most the peeps here have no idea what "buyout" actually means and even fewer understand how the Character Appraiser programs actually work so they think the characters that are focused/specialized are still worth the base value of the appraiser. If the skill points were spread all over, say 150 skills trained to level 2, it would be whorth what it's appraised and no more. However, having the skills focused into specialties (Logistics Pilot, Mining, PvP, Industry, Booster, Etc.) makes the character vastly more valuable than the appraiser can account for.
