Why might I say this? I can't even download a small patch without it becoming "corrupt and unusable"

Why is it becoming corrupt? Well, your launcher is not like other download managers. Your launcher freaks out if even one byte of downloaded data is corrupt, the launcher shuts down and deletes the rest of the VIABLE data, all because of that one byte.

You guys need to implement some sort of checksum process that REDOWNLOADS that corrupt byte instead of SHUTTING DOWN.


Inferno is coming, and it's wtf like over a gigabyte worth of patch by now? This is gonna be funny when 25% of your playerbase can't patch because of this issue.


Please, do something CCP. Whether it's the last 17.25mb patch, or a 250mb patch, it ALWAYS fails for me.

TL;DR

WAAH THE TEST SERVER DOESNT ALWAYS 100% FNUCTINO AND I CNT TEST STUFF 100% RELIABLY ON A SERVER THAT IS USED TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPEN IN WHEN IT GOES LIVE! WAAH!!! !X(X(X(X(X(X(
