Change the date characters have to join alliance please.... to Date of signups at least

In the past, tournament signup rules have been announced, and then there has been a bit of grace period.... a few days.

This one seems strange that the date of Pilots must be prior to the actual date of signup.

I know that personally, my alliance sends out some pilots on contract to enter the paying customer's alliance for defense purposes, and I'm sure some other people would like a couple more days to recollect their guys.

Do you people have nothing better to do than ***** about every detail?

Date announced on signups would be lovely but I agree with the 05MAY cutoff for membership in full.
