Game is not starting with HP Pavilion dv6 laptop

Well as the topic says when I try to start EVE screen flickers a few times and then game returns to desktop with minimized icon on toolbar. You can not open the game ever. You just see minimized EVE icon on your toolbar and when you click on it you just see frozen desktop background, you had to alt tab to switch to another program just to get rid of that freeze. Anyway game is not starting.

*My drivers are latest ones.
* Yes, I tried fresh install and repair tool, nothing happens.
*Yes, I tried safe mode and again encountered same issue.
*Yes, I cleared cache and user specific client settings again nothing happens.

Another thing I noticed is that after closing eve.exe from task manager text writing in windows slows down considerably like there is a lag between your typing and visual appearance of the letters. The response times are high.

After the flivkering stops press ALT+ENTER to go into window mode. I'm having this same problem as is LOADS of other people and we all seem to have HP laptops........ Also you may find you have really bad FPS like the rest of us.

I tried alt tab and yes it works in windowed mode now but really low fps. I am playing all games in ultra settings like Battlefield 3, Skyrim, Witcher 2 (except ubersampling Smile) but Eve Online 5 fps? They need to fix this soon because they are going to lose subscribers with HP notebooks.
