lvl 4 missions = lvl 1 storyline?

Can someone please tell me why i'm getting lvl 1 storyline agent missions with a lvl 4 mission agent.

all storyline agents in agent finder appear as lvl 1 agents.

It's just the agent lvl, if you have been directed to that agent by doing 16 lvl 4 missions then you
will be doing a lvl 4 storyline mission. Don't think anything else and bring something small to a
combat storyline.

The storyline agents themselves don't have a level. The same storyline agent can give out level 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 missions after you've completed 16 missions of a given level for the same faction. If you did 16 level 4 missions, then you get a level 4 storyline.

Obviously you either never tried the combat storyline or did'nt yet get one...
They usually are harder then usual lvl4(combat ones) missions (at least for me)
