Ever traveled into 0.0, landed way off the gate you thought you warped to, lost your ship, then found yourself admiring your new clone back in high-sec?

Then maybe OUCH is for you. Come learn how to safely travel and survive in lowsec/0.0.

Even if you are not interested in PvP, learning how PvPers think will help you evade them when you meet them in 0.0.

Be careful though. Ruining peoples day by blowing up their ships can be addictive.

Would recommend these guys to anyone looking to learn about PVP. Lots of opportunities for kills, a refreshing attitude towards newer players and a great way to experience 0.0. Training provided by experienced players and PVP addicts with a nice forum containing loads of information to get you started. Unlike many other training corps they live in an exciting part of New Eden and regularly fleet up to practice what they teach.

OUCH is a great corp with great people and great training.
You will be able to come into nullsec, survive, battle and get killmails when you join OUCH!
Nullsec will never look scary to you again.

Training curricula is continuing to expand. New courses now offered for advanced piloting techniques. Although I've been living with OUCH in null sec for over a year, the new Interceptor course is showing me just how little I really know. In only the first session, I have learned techniques that would have cost me at least 20 ship losses to learn n my own.

Join us.

Forgot to mention two of the greatest reasons to join OUCH:

1) Endless opportunities to try your skills 1v1 against Miss Teri.
2) Story-time with Bren... Warm milk, cookies, and blow **** up...mmmm.

Not much of a forum junkie, but I wanted to get my (obviously biased) opinion in.

OUCH is a great start for those who want more than carebearing it up in highsec. You join, you learn, you kill, you learn, you die, you learn, and you kill again.

Well, mostly without all the yelling and getting up unil 5 a.m. But there is the staying up until 5 a.m. because we're having a blast.

Want to get into 0.0 and don't know where to start? Come check out OUCH. I haven't regretted moving on from hi-sec and the same L4s.

This sounds extremely intriguing. I'm pretty focused on pursuing a CovOps career at this point (with a heavy side focus on exploration skills and sciences; long-term goal is working in BlackOps), but there seems to be no limit to things I don't know about EvE. I'm comfy traveling about in low-sec, haven't ventured into 0-sec yet.

Where do you expect aspiring members to move to, btw?

New members begin in a hisec system in the Derelik region until they've trained for the transition to nullsec. At that point they move into Curse.

Very good... I presume I can leave my fleet parked in my current base? And whom do I contact for enrollment/recruitment?

You don't need to contact anyone, simply apply. Do an ingame search for Open University of Celestial Hardship (Corporation search), open the info window and click the Apply To Join button at the bottom while in any station. You can also join the chat channel OUCH-UNI and you'll see an info link in the MOTD.

During your student life you won't need anything except T1 frigates, modules and ammo. Which frigates and how they should be fit will be provided once you join.

Remember, if you have have roles with your current corp there's a 24-hour waiting period before your app can be accepted from the time you drop current roles.
