Non-Nerf Incursion question.

I did some brief searches but could not find an answer. I know there is an issue with being a war target with fleets, as logi can put themselves in danger by repping them. What about players in Faction warfare? Is it treated the same way?

No I don't believe so; because if you're completing incursions in a system that is "safe" to you you're theoretically in high-sec which is hostile to the enemy.

If you're completing them in low-sec, there's a good chance they would get aggression to the opposing faction (I would think so anyways).

I can see gears in OPs head ticking towards the "This might be a new nice way to spread aggro if some FW player is foolish enough to join an incursion fleet"

Not at all. I understand that most of eve seems to be filled with cheats and pirates and griefers. But I am not one of them. Heck look at my avatar. I even made him look kind of nice.

Truth of the matter is this. I have a RL friend, who is the one that got me hooked on eve in my corp. he has done tons of incursions as a guardian pilot. Our alliance is probably going to try out FW. I was having beers and wings with said friend to talk about where we wanted to take our corp next and I wanted to get some info on this topic so we could talk about whether we stay with the alliance and FW or split off.

Sorry for any typos. I have since returned from said beers and wings. There may have been some whiskey as well.
