Character Bazaar

Good day!

My son has started an account some time ago, he is not really playing (at all...) but wish to have him active still.
Being a newstarting game programmer insisting on going solo, his main income at the moment is from nude posing at the art school :)
So question is - can we transfer his account to be paid with my credit card - or shall I continue to keep his character alive with plexes and/or bank transfers infinitely.

Recently my credit crad was renewed, thus my accounts ran out and I received an e-mail about this.
Went to account management and renewed subscriptions where I was asked for personal details - which I found somewhat strange - in order to continue the subscriptions. So seems it is possible at least, however when reading the EULA it more or less says that handing over an account to another person will make CCP ban any character you have, I can be afraid CCP shuts down my other 3 accounts and send my toons back in the recycle bin, if we alter the account details...

So I really want to be sure about this...

There is the opportunity to sell him to me - but then his alts would be lost and I would loose possibility to have him training skills (plus I would have to pay CCP an additional 20€....!!)

Yes - I know, but unsure if CCP sees it the same way.
Anyway since CCP is not reacting to this, suppose the "safest" will be to keep maintaining him alive with plexes - and as they say at CCP: "More days - more dollars" :-/
