Proteus alt fastiet skill plan

i want to start a proteus alt for pvp. The alt will have 3 remaps available and a set of +3's

i need help with a skill plan and fastiest time to completion with my remaps.

i want main skills at 5 and support at 4

Evemon is your friend?
1. Do an int/mem remap and train your relevant int/mem skills
2. Do an perc/will remap and train your relevant perc/will skills
3. Profit

A proteus is really not the kind of ship you can realistically put on an alt...

Rather, you can, but one would rather wonder why. It's expensive enough when it gets blown up that you derive no real benefit from the lower clone cost, it would seem easier to just make a JC with combat implants for your main and use that.

Yup it's really that simple, don't forget to add in your support skills while your at it, would suck to train up your ship and realize all you can do is fly it.
