Basically, no matter what I do, I can't start even EVE itself for singularity.
Not basically, I will explain what I've done so far:
01) Created new directory for EVE Online, and called it "EVE Online Test". Copied original EVE Online files in to it.
02) Tried to running SISI tool on it, to fix it in to Singularity version.
03) Tried to run it. At start it launches small windows "Downloading Launcher Update" or something.
04) After second, third and etc run, EVE or doesn't starts, or starts same "Downloading Launcher Update".
05) Delete whole folder "EVE Online Test" to hell.
06) Downloaded all packages from http://community.eveonline.com/download/?fallback=1&s=singularity
07) Installed them, added shortcut with /server:Singularity.
08) Tried to run it. It gave me error. Launched repair.exe in order to fix it. Probably it "fixed" it.
09) Tried to run it. At start it launches small windows "Downloading Launcher Update" or something.
10) After second, third and etc run, EVE or doesn't starts, or starts same "Downloading Launcher Update".
11) Created new directory for EVE Online, and called it "EVE Online Test". Copied original EVE Online files in to it.
12) Tried to run it from shortcut with addition /server:Singularity.
13) Tried to run it. At start it launches small windows "Downloading Launcher Update" or something.
14) After second, third and etc run, EVE or doesn't starts, or starts same "Downloading Launcher Update".
15) In all cases after trying to run EVE Online Test's eve.exe, process even doesn't show in Task Manager.
16) Before running, I've always check if Singularity Server is running at http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/server_status.php
17) So, what I've done wrong? All seems according to instructions.

Are you giving it time to update and checking the process list to see if it actually died? When I installed Sisi, I just copied it to another folder, added a /server:Singularity shortcut, and ran that. Also, maybe try running it as administrator.

I did like your thread title though, it made me chuckle.

Yes. Launcher updates and then nothing happens/starts.

I've done it before. Sisi updated it, then I tried to launch it with /server:Singularity shortcut, same effect as in 03) and 04).

Always run it as admin, even tried to run it as not admin. Same effect as in 03) and 04).

This always works for me:

1. Copy the "EVE" folder to "Singularity" (delete any old "Singularity" folder first).
2. Run SiSiLauncher

It is an obsolete method now, but It still worked for me as of the current build on SiSi.
