Ready for L4s in that it can pilot a ship that can handle whatever a L4 mission throws at it. No standings yet, since it seems everyone is looking for something different in that regard, and some people don't have any interest in standings anyway (explorers, anomaly runners). As such, the character is a blank slate standings-wise.

Afraid not - if, for whatever reason, I don't receive any interest at my current asking prices I'm more likely to re-up with another plex and keep training than I am to dramatically lower the price that much.
