Test server is broken

I can not log into the test server, went through the wiki link to log onto it did everything it says, changed the target location.

It does not work please make it easier and add some troubleshooting, created the repair shortcut and changed that target location to, but it doesnt work still.

Summary, test server does not work and is broken.
Ill try rubbing my magic balls together now, and brew tea with my monkey bones because that seems less complicated and more detailed then the instructions you have now.

I'm having the same problem and have done every thing this guy did, nothing works. Can someone please tell how to fix it. Thank you.
