I will have to look at dec changes, but really most do manufacturing in alt corps or with few members which generally isn't a target for wardecs. However If need be you can just take the **** down before the dec is active(unless thats one of the things thats changing).

Edit: Dec changes just seem to effect dec shields and alliance dumping, so yeah might be a pain for some but still generally more worth wild then relaying on station slots.


The dec shield is what makes it generally undesirable to attack hisec POS's, as the targets can protect the POS. When the dec shield protection is gone, many POS's will fall.

Well lowsec doesn't even need a wardec to shoot without being CONCORDed (do you lose sec status for shooting without a wardec, I guess?) and you can use dreadnaughts.

Because you cant get hot dropped in lolsec. And not just anybody can shoot at you in lolsec either even if you could get hot dropped, which you can't.

If you bothered flying into lowsec, or venturing to the null border.. you'll find lots of open manufacturing slots on NPC stations....
