Launcher issues/Cannot file petition

Ive been having launcher issues (repair tool not working, game not launching etc) and when I try to file a petition I get this message:

Oops

Something really bad happened and we are really sorry.

The server was unable to process your request.

Support personel has been notified, no further action is needed.


Its bad enough that I cant login to the game (after being logged in last night for a few hours) let alone not being able to get help for this issue.

I've had this problem also, reason is probably you are posting URLs or something with http: and double backlashes after. The forums also have this problem.

Try to remove this or any other strange symbols in your petition post.

Also if you need to attach info, put it in a text file and attach to the petition, this way you can get the info across.
