Would be interested but not for the price. Think you will have a hard time getting more than about 11 or 12 for it.

Seems to me if you look for a bit, 15b is what you expect to see as a final sale price for chars in the 50 to 55m sp range, with even less wasted sp than you have. (4 to 5m waste on your char)

If you are interested in negotiating, I would place a bid, otherwise free bump.
