Hi, fairly new EVE player here (restarted my 6 year old account. I have about 1.5mil sp including unallocated). I've been running lvl2 security missions in my caracal and building some LP. However I jumped a few agents as I explored a little and realize I've been gaining LP with different corps within the Caldari faction.

Is there a particular Caldari corp that has better items in the LP store or do they all have the same "Caldari" items? If they all have the same items I'm guessing it's best to stick to one corp to build up the most LP possible :)

Also do the mission rewards get better with lower security space? I jumped around a lot but some agents seemed to have given much better rewards than others.

Thanks :)

Pretty much all the same ****, with some minor differeces. Only thing I'd point out is that running missions for Expert Distribution will get you the rep you need to do the Caldari Epic Arc. And you definitely want to do that arc. Definitely.

Thanks. I'll stick with Caldari Navy for now then as I'm building up LP.

And in case any other newbies are wondering, yes, doing missions from agents in lower security space yields higher mission rewards. I just tried over lunch.

An agent in 1.0 sec space gave ~50k ISK reward compared to an agent in .6 space gave ~180k ISK reward (both not counting the time bonus). Big difference.

One thing R&D corporations like Kalaakiota or Lai dai will offer is ship data cores which are necessary for the production of tech II ship hulls. They all offer similar lists of ammo, implants, skill books etc. after that

Noir. and Noir Academy are recruiting apply at www.noirmercs.com I Noir Academy: 60 days old must be able to fly at least one tech II frigate. I Noir. Recruits: 4:1 k/d ratio and can fly tech II cruisers.

Was that exactly same mission since different missions offer different rewards. Agents do pay better on lower sec space, but I'm not sure how big difference is.

Also, for security missions you often get much more ISK from bounties (and maybe looting/salvaging) than actual mission rewards.
