The Gallente get five haulers, yeah, but the Iteron V has the highest capacity of all of them, and, accordingly, the longest training time. So yeah, five versions is nice, but it's not like flying an Itty 2 confers bragging rights...
IMHO , the OP had good merit, but giving better stats to T1 indies defeats the purpose of training for blockade runners or fitting speed rigs.

First come smiles, then lies. Last is gunfire.
