Quick question I have not found the answer to yet.

I know that you can't get lvl 5 missions in high sec. Are there places you can get lvl 5 missions in low sec and have the mission run in high sec?

level 5s are now gank bait and usually not worth it anymore unless your corp/alliance controls the area, then you can steamroll though them with a carrier or rattlesnake and alts and roll in the LP/loot/salvage and tags you get from doing it

step 1) use the agent finder to find L5 mission agents
step 2) scope out the constellation for activity, use the maps or a frig
step 3) ... profit or die in a fire
