Looking for a link re: Rorqual mins / time ratio

Could someone point me to a resource that I can use to calculate how many min's I can compress/hour with a Rorqual, and the burn rate on fuel?

I have a buddy in null sec who may have an opportunity.

You can do up to 4x the cargohold capacity at the same time, with one run roughly every 36 seconds with PE researched BPO.

The burn rate on fuel is skill dependent:

Heavy Water per 5 minute Activation = 1000 * (1 - Industrial Reconfiguration * 0.05) * (1 - Capital Industrial Ships * 0.05)

Thanks, so if I understand this properly, you can do 24 compressions (optimal skills) in every 5 minute cycle of the industrial Core?
