Unable to Install Client Update

I get the following error every time I start the game and try to log in;

Unable to install the client update.

Press 'OK' to continue.

I saw the fix at the top of the page, but it was for Windows XP and not the latest patch. Is there any fix for this? It is driving me ABSOLUTELY INSANE! Evil

Same problem. Same problem i've been having for years. Please fix this, or provide us with the hot fixes like you used to so we can manually patch our clients.

I just started forty days ago, or so, and I'm already really unhappy about this.
