BF3 starting to suck

Okay, expected EA to cash out or rather cash in by renting out servers that players control, but it's really starting to suck. Just was in the middle of one of my best air assault performances EVER (Ace in a day x10 type of thing. earning all kinds of unlocks and promotions) and before the game ends, I get kicked by the admin because just about every server now has its own rules and codes of conduct, and apparently in this particular one, I couldn't allow myself to be crashed into people who don't know how to fly their crap... (I had a helocopter back up into me as I was strifing, had another ally fly into me while I was cirling a bogie, and for some gliched up reason, I got a roadkill bonus when I shot missiles into a jet just parked on the ground, and the only incident that didn't take me out as well, and non were face to face collisions that could be intentionally avoided.) These are the rare incidents in a very long match (because player own servers have so many tickets) that probably lead to me getting kicked, but aside from that was dozens of fully righteous kills. Needless to say I was really enjoying myself, and progressing really well, and it burns that some player controlling the server just kicked me because of his own bogus rules or potentially even hurt feelings. (I'm guessing the burn is similar to players who like shotguns, or some other "banned by player" tool in whatever server they play in. Hell, there's probably a server with no pistols, or knifes allowed out there now.)

Anyways, I can't be more READY for Dust 514 to roll around. I'm getting sick and tired of all this new BF3 crap. I'm READY FOR THAT FPS SANDBOX!

When you log into a server, you read the rules of the server.

Little late to complain afterwards - and Dust will have rules also, like; no whining.

None of us really play anymore, though.

Player servers that ban all explosives on metro are by far the best.

I disagree. yeah rocket spam sucks but really nice to lob nads up at camp LMG guys. They also ban shot guns too.

Admittedly lots of people who run their servers like kids making up their own rules, and when something happens they dont like they throw a temper tantrum.

However best just to leave.

One or two, sure, but grenade spam is just as bad.

I'm fine with servers having rules, and admins can be testy at times, but that's just how it goes. I remember once in BF2142, on a server with friendly fire on, some guy started shooting me and doing damage, so without a second thought i returned fire and killed him. Turned out it was the admin, and he was on my team. I got a permanent ban from the server for that. Only one i've ever gotten in any multiplayer FPS.

What really bothers me about BF3 at this point is the same thing that happens with all computer FPS games after awhile: half the people using wallhacks. Punkbuster doesn't even try to stop it, and Dice doesn't seem to consider it game breaking, so...there's nothing stopping people. People like me will catch on pretty fast, though, and you could find yourself on empty servers suddenly pretty often.
