Too low, sorry.
Updating the topic, I just put a bil of skillbooks on him for revelation so buy price is now 37b.
No neural remaps until July but he is currently perception/willpower mapped which is the optimal for ships and guns so unless you want drones for super he doesn't need to be remapped again.
