I can understand high sec ganking.
But i cannot understand this,quote:

If this is true..then there are no penalties whatsoever for gankers.Concord is like it never existed .

COCORD does what it always does: kills the ganker. CONCORD was never intended to be a pre-emptive measure, and the faction police aren't the same as CONCORD. In fact, if you're -10 in CONCORD systems you do get CONCORDokken'd.

Keep crying because you didn't buy oxytopes when they were 500 though

the fun part ofcourse is, that once gankers hit -5, defending against them becomes much easier as you can pop them BEFORE they open fire on the 'poor' macks and hulks they want to gank.

We had great fun last night pewpewing them.
