FWIW - I haven't *lived* in hi-sec (other than short breaks) since Nov. 2008...

What's really silly is thinking that anyone is a threat to CFC - with the *possible* exception of some of the larger non-allied groups in Nullsec already.

Who (in all honesty) really believes that hi-sec dwellers pose a serious risk to CFC? I honestly don't see it.

So regardless of anything else, there are going to be CFC messing about in hi-sec, because there in truth is no more risk to their space... You didn't see any of this going on when Goons/friends were fighting the Evil Empire (BoB), because there was risk... Goons have become the "900 pound gorilla" in space...

All the "OPEC" coalition does is reinforce that idea (right or wrong) throughout Eve.


And that is part of the reason why Hi-sec'rs won't organize to kick anyone out of their space, or off the CSM. OP is dreaming...

But if we assume, no matter how farfetched this may be, that he is correct in saying the majority of players reside and are safe and secure, wrapped in the warm bosom of mother CONCORD ...

Surely they would have the numbers to smash such a paltry alliance as CFC?

Do it please. BoB has goten pretty bad by their fourth incarnation and I don't think BoB 5.0 is going to do much except cascade if it even forms.

I would unironically love to see high-sec come together to try and push us out of Dek. They'd lose, but it would be spectacular.

I'm not mining right now. I'm sitting on the mineral stocks i have and waiting for the price to go up. But I learned my lessons about being mindful while mining the hard way, in B-7 in Delve, way back when.

I once had a fellow Merchi take my Orca for a joyride. I learned not to leave it empty at a pos after that.

you know, if any one thing were to kill this game itd be CCP trying and failing to keep everyone happy all the time. The Goon/ganker/0.0 that hates high sec crowd are completely opposed to the high sec/PVE/Miner crowd and catering to one group will cost you players from the other, much less if the game went TOO Carebear and Goons united and mass unsubbed in protest

I am not sure what you are saying.
Are you saying that the game is in balance atm and that CCP should keep the null sec zealot crowd and not deviate from their path of wiping out high sec?

Frankly, it would be my happiest day of the goons all unsubbed in protest.
But that is a personal thing,
Losing 8000-15,000 subs would be a huge hit to the game in the short term.

Trust me, it isn't that we are bored. After all, we entertain ourselves plenty by coming after your people. And we can start a war whenever we really want.

I'm being completely serious here, you angry high-sec dwellers have the numbers and ships to put us in our place. All you need is a leader to rally behind, and a handful of good FCs. You could drive us out of Dek and make sure we can't live anywhere.

But you won't come and actually beat us because it's more interesting to let us kill you and then whine about it to CCP?

The nullsec crowd SHOULD be wanting to wipe out Highsec. I don't understand why it is more interesting for highsec dwellers to constantly live in fear rather than standing up for themselves.

Because they're not scared, the vast majority of people in high sec haven't noticed you exist on the 1 or 2 hours they play a day.
