What if a alliaince has so much isk that;

-they can cover all their sov, military and political costs?
-they can buy up entire market stocks, relist or manipulate them?
-they can be the biggest jita market player with enormous cash reserves?
-they can buy up space from other allainces
-they can organize high sec raid parties 100% reimbursed?
-they can have game employees in that specific alliances?

I'm not quite sure what you are asking.

In the cat-and-mouse game that is low sec, there is no shame in learning to be a better mouse.

Then there enemies better start working to destroy their ISK Sources.

Fortunately even entities like the CFC make up a very small % of the population of the game.

So the only thing between them and defeat is player apathy.

Because the NC and raiden did so well with all their isk.

Isk helps, obviously, but being powerful is more about being organised and motivating people to login

This I believe is more true than many people realise. The most valuable asset in most cases is time. Actual working manpower resources. They can generate income and defend it.

It is basic causality really. The "ones" you talk about are not strong because they are rich. They are rich because they have a lot of man-hours that are well organised.
