This Character load into games and went black screen!

This morning everything was fine, but at night when i was playing somehow the windows pop up and said "Your character has repeatedly failed loading on the server.This indicates a fault and support personnel need to be notified. Please file a petition.
Apologies for the inconvenience... "
And every time my character log in and screen went black. can any Gms fix the problem for me please
btw my other account works fine . only this character is not working.
