Very Odd Graphical Bug While Warping

Whenever my client warps the stars in the background of the game appear to go into a 3d anaglyph rendering all stars seemingly in red green and blue.

Is anyone else getting this problem. I am running 64bit windows enterprise with a Palit GTX 560 graphics card in 1920x1080.

EDIT: I have 3D turned off in the control panel and have no other 3D software installed.
