I'm looking for a solid PVE pilot, preferably able to jump straight into a Drake in at least Level 3 missions. Simple enough right?

However I'm willing to pay extra for:

High Caldari State standings
High Caldari Navy standings
Minimal damage to opposite faction standings (no kill missions accepted)
Very solid tank and support skills
Solid T2 weapon skills for the chosen hull type

Will consider other ship/hull options and reformed Excursion pilots with the right standings.

I have 10 Billion ISK waiting to fund this project.

I agree that he is pretty focused and a nice character, however I'd really like one that can be used for Level 3 or Level 4 missions immediately. Thank you for the offer though.

Can run 4's with Sisters of Eve, Federation Customs, and 4.80 with Concord, so nearly there. I have another pilot that has standings with Spacelane Patrol in the system next door, so if you're looking for the Caldari Navy rewards, I could dual box her standing up to run 4's with Spacelane tomorrow (currently at 1.82) Let me know if you're interested.

A tengu can be used for level 4 missions immediately. If you would like I could give you advice on fitting it so it can tank every l4.

Very true, however this pilot doesnt seem to have the standing for them.

As I said in my original post, this search is more about finding a good PVE pilot with carefully crafted standings. Drake and Tengu pilots are ten a penny round here.

Hi

I have the abilities for up to level 4 missions with my focused Tengu build.

From your list I have:

Minimal damage to opposite faction standings (no kill missions accepted)
Very solid tank and support skills
Solid T2 weapon skills for the chosen hull type

Unfortunately I have no Caldari standings at all. Here's the good thing, though. You only need two days of running the Caldari COSMOS agents to have the standings for level 4 agents. Less if you take advantage of the tag agents as well. So the whole standings thing is a non issue, really. I'll supply you with a good COSMOS guide.

In any case, I think you should take a look at my skill sheet and let me know what you think.

I think this is a great PVE character with no waste at all for only 5b.
